We are opening our doors to young musicians in the area on several Saturday mornings throughout the 2023/24 academic year. The purpose of the sessions is to let pupils and parents visit ACMS and find out a bit more about us. The sessions will take place on Saturday mornings at the Aberdeen City Music School, Dyce Academy, and will run from 9.30am to 12.30pm. Pupils of all abilities (ages 9 – 17 years) are encouraged to participate and will have the opportunity to play in ensembles, work with ACMS pupils in sectionals, and perform in an informal concert to parents at the end of the session. There is no charge for these sessions.
The Strings Come and Play session takes place on Saturday 30th Sepember.
